Steps For Filing a Claim

If you ever need to file a claim, here's what to do:

1. Call us as soon as possible after the incident.
2. We'll collect the claim information from you and prepare a report.
3. We'll fax the report to the carrier and mail a copy to you, so that you're always kept in the loop.
4. If you don't hear from the carrier's adjustor within three days, let us know. We'll go to bat for you, advocating for your needs and ensuring that you're treated fairly.
